Prepared Meal Service
This service provides busy people with an affordable, healthy alternative to fast-food or a different restaurant every night. The Tailgate Gourmet will come to your home to meet everyone who will be enjoying the home-cooked meals on a regular basis. At this meeting, Chef John will begin to learn about your palate getting to know your likes and dislikes. He will also start to become familiar with your kitchen environment. You will get to learn more about the chef.
This service includes the initial consultation, custom menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and storage, detailed heating instructions. Food costs are charged separately, giving you the freedom to choose exactly what ingredients go into your meals. The standard service provides four (4) servings of five (5) entrees and appropriate side dishes.
Dinner Parties
Looking for a romantic dinner for two to surprise that special person in your life? Do you want to entertain the boss? Hosting a book club? These are just a few of the occasions where you could benefit from The Tailgate Gourmet Personal Chef Service. Chef John will work with you planning for the event whether it is a formal dinner, buffet, or just cocktails and hors d’oveures. He will do the shopping, cooking, serving, and clean-up the kitchen. If you would rather take the credit, no problem it is our secret.
